Deposit
A £80 per person deposit is required when booking.
Full payment will be required 38 days before departure date.
Cancellation
We will charge the following fees in event of booking cancellations:
28 days or more prior departure – Loss of deposit and a £25 admin fee.
Between 28 and 21 days prior departure - 25% of total booking cost or loss of deposit; whichever is the greater. Plus a £25 admin fee.
Between 21 and 14 days prior departure - 50% of total booking cost.
Between 14 and 7 days prior departure - 75% of total booking cost.
Less than 7 days prior to departure - 100% of total booking cost.
The deposit is non-refundable.
