Deposit
A £405 per person deposit is required when booking.
Full payment will be required 70 days before departure date.
Cancellation
We will charge the following fees in event of booking cancellations:
71 days or more prior departure – Loss of deposit and a £25 admin fee plus any air cancellation charges.
Between 70 and 56 days prior departure - 40% of total booking cost or loss of deposit; whichever is the greater and any air cancellation charges plus a £25 admin fee.
Between 56 and 14 days prior departure - 90% of total booking cost or loss of deposit; whichever is the greater.
Less than 14 days prior to departure - 100% of total booking cost.
The deposit is non-refundable.
